Mexico City Art Week 2027
Art, Design, Architecture & Culture in Latin America's Creative Capital
February 3-9, 2027
10 Years Attending
Each February, the international art world descends on Mexico City for what has become one of the most dynamic weeks on the global cultural calendar. The wonderfully art-obsessed all converge on a city that somehow manages to take itself very seriously and not seriously at all.
I have been part of this story since the early days. Now entering our tenth year of creating Mexico City Art Week programs, my team and I have had front row seats to the joyful chaos that inevitably unfolds when thousands of creative minds descend into one city.
Some of my favorite moments happen over tacos after a museum, during a spontaneous detour to a rogue exhibition, or while discussing a sculpture over mezcal long after dinner should have ended.
Our programs are designed for those who believe that art is ultimately an excuse to meet fascinating people, ask better questions, and experience Mexico City through the eyes of someone who has spent the last decade getting lost in its mischievous beauty.
