The dinner that won 2019

México’s most important culinary event of 2019 is taking place in Yucatán on November 23rd where many of the best chefs alive will gather at Hokol Vuh to celebrate Mayan culture, its important contributions to humanity and the preservation of its heritage.

Hokol Vuh is an initiative by Chefs Roberto Solis (the father of New Yucatan food) and René Redzepi (considered by many the best chef in the world) who have called the world’s best chefs to Yucatán to inspire themselves through a culinary adventure culminating in a multi-course dinner where every ingredient, texture and smell will represent the moments lived & shared. This gathering promises to be a life-changing, heart-opening journey into the legacy of one of the most important civilizations in the history of mankind.
